Chocolate Zucchini Bars Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- ½ cup butter
<br>- 1 ¾ cups white sugar
<br>- ½ cup vegetable oil
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking soda
<br>- ½ cup sour milk
<br>- 1 ½ cups grated zucchini

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (170 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Cream margarine, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.  Beat well.
<br>step 3: Mix flour, salt, cocoa, and baking soda together.  Add dry ingredients to first mixture alternately with sour milk.  Fold in zucchini.
<br>step 4: Bake in a 9 x 13  inch pan for 35 minutes or until done.  Frost with a chocolate frosting.
