Chop Suey Cake Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 2 teaspoons baking soda
<br>- 2 cups white sugar
<br>- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
<br>- 1 cup chopped walnuts
<br>- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
<br>- 2 tablespoons milk

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon. Add the eggs, pineapple and nuts, mix until well blended. Pour into the prepared pan.
<br>step 3: Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. In a small  bowl, stir together the confectioners sugar and milk until smooth, spread over cooled cake.
