Chutney with Mint Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 1/2 cups chopped fresh mint leaves
<br>- 1/3 cup minced onion
<br>- 1/3 cup white sugar
<br>- 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt

<br>step 1: In a medium bowl, mix the mint, onion, sugar, vinegar, cayenne pepper and salt. Cover the mixture and refrigerate 2 hours, or until chilled.
