Citrus Chicken Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (10 ounce) package Tyson® Frozen, Fully Cooked Breaded Chicken Tenderloins
<br>- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen stir-fry vegetables
<br>- 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
<br>- 1/2 cup orange juice
<br>- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
<br>- 2 cups hot cooked rice
<br>- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: PREP: CLEAN: Wash hands. Prepare chicken according to package directions. Cut tenders in half crosswise.
<br>step 2: COOK: In a large skillet heat oil to medium-high; add vegetables and stir-fry 5 minutes. Add stir-fry sauce, orange juice and brown sugar. Continue cooking over medium heat 3 minutes. Toss cooked chicken with the vegetable mixture.
<br>step 3: SERVE: Serve over rice. Top with almonds.
<br>step 4: CHILL: Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
