Cloud Nine Butterscotch Squares Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
step 1: Mix the butter or margarine, instant pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla. Stir well. Mix in the flour, baking powder, milk, oats and chocolate chips.
step 2: Bake in 9 inch pan for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Frost with chocolate icing.
