Cloud Nine Butterscotch Squares Recipe

Ingredients <br>- ½ cup butter <br>- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix <br>- 2 eggs <br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract <br>- 1 cup all-purpose flour <br>- 1 teaspoon baking powder <br>- ½ cup milk <br>- 1 cup rolled oats <br>- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips <br><p></p>Directions <br>step 1: Mix the butter or margarine, instant pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla. Stir well. Mix in the flour, baking powder, milk, oats and chocolate chips. <br>step 2: Bake in 9 inch pan for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Frost with chocolate icing. <br>
