Clover's Shrimp and Basil Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- 3/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
<br>- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
<br>- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
<br>- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
<br>- 1/2 cup shredded fresh basil leaves
