Cobb Fillet Salad Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 4 Gorton's® Crunchy Breaded Fillets
<br>- 8 slices bacon
<br>- 3 eggs
<br>- 1 head lettuce
<br>- 2 tomatoes
<br>- 3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
<br>- 1 avocado
<br>- 2 1/2 cups chopped green onions
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) bottle Ranch salad dressing
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Bake Crunchy Fillets according to directions and cut each fillet into 4 pieces.
<br>step 2: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover completely with cold water. Bring water to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10-12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.
<br>step 3: Cook bacon, crumble and set aside.
<br>step 4: Divide shredded lettuce among individual plates.
<br>step 5: Evenly divide and arrange fish, eggs, tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon, avocado, and green onions in a row on top of the lettuce.
<br>step 6: Drizzle with salad dressing.
