Coconut Macaroon Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- ½ cup chopped pecans
<br>- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
<br>- ½ cup butter, melted
<br>- 1 ½ cups flaked coconut
<br>- ¼ teaspoon salt
<br>- ½ cup water
<br>- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 ½ cups white sugar
<br>- 2  eggs

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Place pecans in bottom of pie shell.
<br>step 3: Combine melted butter, coconut, salt, water, flour, sugar, and slightly beaten eggs.  Pour filling over  pecans in crust.
<br>step 4: Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.  Cool before serving.
