Coconut Oatmeal Cookies II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 ¼ cups butter, softened
<br>- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
<br>- ½ cup white sugar
<br>- 1  egg
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking soda
<br>- 2 ½ cups rolled oats
<br>- ¾ cup flaked coconut
<br>- 1 cup white chocolate chips

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a medium bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix in the egg and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in the rolled oats, coconut, and white chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
