Coconut Raisin Bars Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
<br>- 1 cup Equal® Spoonful*
<br>- 6 tablespoons unsalted stick butter or margarine, melted
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla
<br>- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking powder
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1/2 cup toasted flaked coconut
<br>- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
<br>- 1/2 cup seedless raisins
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Beat eggs and Equal(r) in medium bowl. Mix in butter and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture. Mix in coconut, nuts and raisins. Spread batter in lightly sprayed 8-inch square pan.
<br>step 2: Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven 18 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden. Cool completely on wire rack.
