Coleslaw II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
<br>- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
<br>- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
<br>- 1 onion, chopped
<br>- 3 carrots, grated
<br>- 2 stalks celery, chopped
<br>- 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
<br>- 1 cup vegetable oil
<br>- 1/2 cup white sugar
<br>- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
<br>- 3 teaspoons dried dill weed
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, carrots and celery.  Refrigerate until serving.
<br>step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and dill.  Pour over salad and toss to coat just before serving.
