Conh Chowdah (Corn Chowder) Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1  white onion, chopped
<br>- 4 slices bacon, diced
<br>- 6 ears fresh corn
<br>- 2 quarts heavy whipping cream
<br>- salt to taste
<br>- ground black pepper to taste

<br>step 1: Remove corn kernels from the ears of corn.
<br>step 2: Saute bacon, onions, and corn in a medium pot until the onions are translucent and the bacon is crispy.
<br>step 3: Add the heavy cream.  Heat through over medium low heat.  Season with salt and pepper.  Serve.
