Cookie Pralines Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
<br>- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
<br>- ¼ teaspoon salt
<br>- 1  egg white
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 2 cups chopped pecans

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
<br>step 2: Whisk sugar, flour, and salt; set aside.
<br>step 3: In separate bowl, beat egg white until stiff. Fold sugar mixture into stiffened egg white. Add pecans and vanilla.  Stir gently.
<br>step 4: Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until browned, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
