Corn Salad I Recipe
- 10 ounces white corn, drained
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup creamy salad dressing (e.g. Miracle Whip)
step 1: In a bowl, mix the corn, green onions and eggs. Add enough salad dressing to create a smooth creamy consistency. Sprinkle with paprika for color.
