Corned Beef Hash (Abalos style) Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
<br>- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
<br>- 1 onion, diced
<br>- 1 tomato, chopped
<br>- 1 large potato, diced
<br>- 1 (12 ounce) can corned beef
<br>- salt and pepper to taste

<br>step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook until fragrant. Stir in the tomatoes and potatoes, and cook for 7 to 10 minutes until potatoes are softened.  Add the corned beef, and flake into pieces. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
