Cottage Cheese Squares Recipe
- 2 1/2 cups non-fat cottage cheese
- 2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
step 2: In a medium bowl combine cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, eggs, onion, bread crumbs and spinach. Transfer to an 8x8 inch baking dish.
step 3: Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
