Crabmeat Toasts Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can crab meat, drained
- ⅜ cup butter
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 (12 ounce) package English muffins
Directions
step 1: Preheat oven to broil.
step 2: In a small mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, butter or margarine, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and seasoning salt. Spread this mixture on the open-face muffins. Arrange the toasts on a baking sheet.
step 3: Broil toasts for 8 minutes or until toasted. Be careful not to burn them.
