Cranberry Apple Gelatin Mold Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
<br>- 1 cup water
<br>- 2 (3 ounce) packages raspberry flavored Jell-O® mix
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon salt
<br>- 2 apples, cored and diced with peel
<br>- 2 oranges, peeled, sectioned, and chopped
<br>- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
<br>- 1 cup lemon yogurt

<br>step 1: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce and water. Heat until sauce melts. Stir in gelatin until it dissolves. Remove from heat. Mix in apples, oranges, walnuts, and yogurt.
<br>step 2: Pour mixture into a fancy gelatin mold or a nice bowl, and refrigerate overnight. To serve, dip briefly in hot water, and invert onto a serving dish.
