Cranberry Salad IV Recipe
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 oranges, peeled and seeded
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup pecans
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 (3 ounce) packages raspberry flavored Jell-O® mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
step 1: In an electric food processor or meat grinder, grind cranberries, oranges, carrot, and pecans. Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl.
step 2: In a separate bowl, combine sugar, pineapple, gelatin and both cups of water. Mix the ingredients from the two bowls together. Pour the entire mixture into a mold and chill overnight before serving.
