Cranberry Sauce III Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound cranberries, finely ground
<br>- 1 orange with peel, finely ground
<br>- 2 cups white sugar
<br>- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O® mix
<br>- 1 cup boiling water
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
<br>- 1 cup chopped celery
<br>- 1 cup chopped pecans
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: In a medium bowl, mix the cranberries, orange and sugar. Allow the mixture to stand 2 hours.
<br>step 2: In another medium bowl, dissolve the lemon flavored gelatin in boiling water. Mix in pineapple, celery and pecans. Stir in the cranberry mixture. Pour into containers, and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
