Cranberry Sauce III Recipe
- 1 pound cranberries, finely ground
- 1 orange with peel, finely ground
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O® mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped pecans
step 1: In a medium bowl, mix the cranberries, orange and sugar. Allow the mixture to stand 2 hours.
step 2: In another medium bowl, dissolve the lemon flavored gelatin in boiling water. Mix in pineapple, celery and pecans. Stir in the cranberry mixture. Pour into containers, and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
