Cranberry Walnut Slaw Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- 1 stalk celery, chopped
<br>- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
<br>- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

<br>- 1/3 cup white sugar
<br>- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
<br>- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
<br>- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
<br>- ground black pepper to taste

<br>step 1: In a large bowl, toss together the coleslaw mix, onion, celery, cranberries, and walnuts. Mix the vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, mustard, and pepper in a jar with a lid. Pour over the slaw mixture, and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
