Creamed Spinach Casserole Recipe
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/3 cup crushed buttery crackers or seasoned croutons
step 1: Mix spinach, cream cheese, milk and seasoning salt until well blended.
step 2: Spoon mixture into 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with crushed croutons.
step 3: Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
