Creamy Potato Sticks Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
<br>- 1/2 pound process American cheese, cubed
<br>- 5 large baking potatoes, peeled
<br>- 1 cup chopped onion

<br>step 1: In a saucepan, combine flour and salt; gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; whisk in soup and cheese until smooth. Set aside.
<br>step 2: Cut potatoes into 4-in. x 1/2-in. x 1/2-in. sticks; place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with onion. Top with cheese sauce.
