Creamy Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 4 cups fresh pumpkin, cooked and mashed
<br>- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
<br>- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C.)
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk and eggs. Season with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Mix together with a wire whisk until thoroughly blended. Pour filling into pie crust.
<br>step 3: Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake another 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
