Creamy Sausage Dip Recipe
- 1 pound ground spicy pork sausage
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
- ½ cup low-fat mayonnaise
- ¼ cup grated fat-free Parmesan cheese
- 1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimento peppers
step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
step 2: Place spicy pork sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
step 3: Drain sausage and place in a large bowl. Mix in 4 green onions, nonfat sour cream, low-fat mayonnaise, fat-free Parmesan cheese and pimento peppers. Transfer sausage mixture to a medium baking dish.
step 4: Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned. Garnish with remaining green onion and serve hot.
