Crunch Drops Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking soda
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 cup shortening
<br>- 1 cup packed brown sugar
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 2 cups quick cooking oats
<br>- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
<br>- 1 cup shredded coconut

<br>step 1: Mix, flour, salt and soda together.  Cream shortening until fluffy; add both kinds of sugar gradually, beat until smooth and creamy.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
<br>step 2: Stir in vanilla and flour mixture; add cereal, oats, and coconut.
<br>step 3: Form into small balls and place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees F  (175 degrees C) for 12 to 15 minutes.
