Crunchy Drop Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened

<br>- 1 cup packed brown sugar

<br>- 1 cup vegetable oil
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

<br>- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

<br>- 1 cup quick cooking oats
<br>- 1 cup crisp rice cereal
<br>- 1 cup flaked coconut
<br>- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

<br>step 1: In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beat in egg, oil and vanilla. Combine flour, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients.
<br>step 2: Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Press tops lightly with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
