Custard Pie I Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- ½ (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
<br>- 6  eggs
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 2 cups milk
<br>- 1 pinch salt
<br>- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

<br>step 1: Beat eggs with a whisk.  Beat in sugar, milk, and salt.  Pour filling into pie crust.  Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top.
<br>step 2: Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 15 minutes.  Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and continue baking for an additional 45 minutes.
