Deluxe Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3  eggs, beaten
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
<br>- ½ cup dark corn syrup
<br>- ½ cup heavy cream
<br>- ½ cup brandy
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
<br>- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
<br>- 1 cup pecan halves

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 375  degrees F (190 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar, butter, corn syrup, whipped cream, brandy, vanilla and salt.
<br>step 3: Stir in chopped pecans and pour into pie shell.
<br>step 4: Arrange pecan halves on top and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and serve.
