Denise Salad Number One Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 bunches arugula - rinsed, dried and torn
- 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 yellow bell peppers, seeded and diced
- 1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/4 pound crumbled goat cheese
- 2 avocados - peeled, pitted and sliced
Directions
step 1: In a large bowl, combine arugula, oranges, onion, tomatoes and yellow peppers. Toss with dressing of your choice. Top with sunflower seeds, goat cheese and avocados.
