Early Morning Oven Roasted New Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, cut into wedges
<br>- 4 tablespoons butter
<br>- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
<br>- salt and pepper to taste
