Easter Leftovers Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 12  potatoes, cubed
<br>- ½ cup milk
<br>- 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
<br>- 1 clove garlic, minced
<br>- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
<br>- 6 tablespoons butter, divided
<br>- 1  egg
<br>- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
<br>- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

<br>step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.  Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and mash with 1/4 cup of the butter and milk.
<br>step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 3: Combine mashed potatoes, ham, garlic, mushroom soup, butter, egg and parsley in a mixing bowl.  Transfer mixture to greased casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.  Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
