Easy As Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3  egg whites
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- ¾ cup chopped pecans
<br>- 20  buttery round crackers, crushed
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Whip egg whites until stiff. Gently fold in the sugar, pecan pieces, crushed butter crackers and vanilla extract and pour the mixture into a well greased 9 inch pie pan.
<br>step 3: Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cool. If desired, serve with vanilla ice cream or just whipped cream.
