Easy Asian Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 6  skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
<br>- 1 cup soy sauce
<br>- ½ cup vinegar
<br>- 1  green bell pepper, chopped
<br>- 2 (8 ounce) cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
