Easy Chicken Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) package Tyson® Fresh Ground Chicken
<br>- 2/3 cup herb seasoned bread crumbs
<br>- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
<br>- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
<br>- 1 egg
<br>- 1/2 cup water

<br>step 1: PREP: CLEAN: Wash hands. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except water; mix well. Form chicken into 24 meatballs. CLEAN: Wash hands.
<br>step 2: COOK: Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Add meatballs. Cook 5 minutes or until evenly browned, turning frequently. Reduce heat to medium. Add water. Cover; cook 7 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. (Insert instant-read meat thermometer in center of meatball. Temperature should read 170 degrees F.)
<br>step 3: SERVE: Serve in spaghetti sauce over pasta. Serve with crisp tossed salad and garlic bread, if desired.
<br>step 4: CHILL: Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
