Easy Pecan Pie Bars Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 cup packed brown sugar
<br>- ½ cup butter
<br>- ½ cup margarine
<br>- 5  eggs
<br>- 1 cup dark corn syrup
<br>- ¾ cup white sugar
<br>- 1 pinch salt
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 1 cup chopped pecans

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Combine flour and brown sugar.  Cut in butter and margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
<br>step 3: Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes.
<br>step 4: Combine remaining ingredients except pecans and blend well.  Stir in pecans.  Pour over baked crust.
<br>step 5: Reduce oven temperature to 275 degrees F (140 degrees C).  Bake 50 minutes or until set.  Cool in pan on wire rack.  Cut into bars.
