Easy Winter Vegetable Salad Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables (brussels sprouts, cauliflower and carrots) , thawed
<br>- 8 ounces mushrooms, quartered
<br>- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) bottle SEVEN SEAS VIVA Red Wine Vinegar & Oil Dressing

<br>step 1: Cut brussels sprouts in half; mix with remaining ingredients. Cover.
<br>step 2: Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
