Egg Custard Pie III Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3  eggs
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- ¼ cup butter, melted
<br>- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 cup milk
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
<br>- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie

<br>step 1: Bake pie shell at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 5 minutes. Set aside.
<br>step 2: Combine melted butter or margarine, sugar, flour, milk, vanilla, and nutmeg.  Add beaten eggs, and blend well.  Pour filling into partially baked pie shell.
<br>step 3: Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 45 to 55 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.  Do not overcook.
