Egg Custard Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- 2 cups milk
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- ½ cup white sugar
<br>- 1 pinch salt
<br>- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie

<br>step 1: Mix together eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and salt, and pour into pie shell.
<br>step 2: Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 12-13 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and bake for 30 minutes.
