Egg Custard Pie II Recipe
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
step 1: Mix together eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and salt, and pour into pie shell.
step 2: Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 12-13 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and bake for 30 minutes.
