End of the Line Ham Casserole Recipe
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- ½ cup milk
- ground black pepper to taste
- 2 potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
step 2: In an 8x8 inch casserole dish, combine cream of celery soup with milk and a good grind of pepper. Layer potato slices, onion slices and ham on top and cover. Bake for 1 hour. Remove cover and sprinkle with parmesan or other grated cheese. Bake uncovered for another 20 minutes.
