Eve's Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3 apples - peeled, cored and diced
<br>- 3 cups bread crumbs
<br>- 1/3 cup white sugar
<br>- 1/2 cup currants
<br>- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
<br>- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- 3 eggs, beaten

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
<br>step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the apples, bread crumbs and sugar. Add currants, nutmeg and cinnamon; mix well. Add the eggs; stir gently to combine. Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
<br>step 3: Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until solid and golden brown.
