Fantastic Green Rice Dish Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup uncooked white rice
<br>- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
<br>- 1 small onion, grated
<br>- 2  eggs, beaten
<br>- ¼ cup butter, softened
<br>- 1 cup fresh parsley
<br>- 1 ½ cups milk
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a saucepan bring  2 cups of water to a boil.  Add rice and stir.  Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
<br>step 3: To the cooked rice add cheese, onion, eggs and butter.  Mix well and gently stir in parsley and milk.  Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish.
<br>step 4: Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.
