Farmer's Macaroni Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni
<br>- 1 tablespoon butter
<br>- 1 onion, chopped
<br>- 1/4 pound chopped snow peas
<br>- 1/4 pound salami, sliced
<br>- black pepper to taste
<br>- 4 eggs
<br>- 2 cups sour cream
<br>- salt and pepper to taste

<br>step 1: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
<br>step 2: Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion until golden brown. Stir in snow peas and salami, and cook for 5 minutes. Season with pepper. In a small bowl, blend eggs and sour cream; pour over mixture in pan. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes, then toss with macaroni until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
