Fast Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 teaspoon oil
<br>- 1 (1 cup) pouch frozen BOCA Meatless Ground Burger
<br>- 6 green onions, with tops, chopped
<br>- 1 egg, lightly beaten
<br>- 2 cups cooked rice
<br>- 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
<br>- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

<br>step 1: HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
<br>step 2: ADD ground burger and onions; cook and stir 3 minutes. Spoon burger mixture to one side of skillet. Add egg to other side of skillet; cook until set, stirring constantly.
<br>step 3: ADD remaining ingredients; mix all ingredients in skillet until well blended. Cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.
