Fast and Easy Hamburger Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound lean ground beef
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
<br>- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
<br>- 1/4 cup ketchup
<br>- 1/2 cup milk
<br>- 1 (12 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
