Fiesta Taco Salad Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound lean ground beef
<br>- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
<br>- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes in Juice
<br>- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
<br>- 16 cups salad greens
<br>- 4 ounces tortilla chips
<br>- Sliced ripe olives, sliced green onions, shredded Cheddar cheese, and/or sour cream, optional
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Cook meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crumbled and no longer pink; drain.  Add seasoning mix, tomatoes, and corn.  Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook, uncovered, 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
<br>step 2: Place 3 cups of greens on each serving dish.  Top with meat mixture.  Arrange tortilla chips around lettuce.
<br>step 3: Garnish with olives, onions, cheese, and/or sour cream, if desired.
