Fish Stick Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 12 Gorton's® Crunchy Golden Fish Sticks
<br>- 1 large onion, sliced
<br>- 1 large green pepper, sliced
<br>- 1 large red pepper, sliced
<br>- 1 large orange or yellow pepper, sliced
<br>- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
<br>- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
<br>- Fajita dry seasoning mix
<br>- Flour tortillas
<br>- Shredded cheese
<br>- Salsa
<br>- Sour cream
<br>- Guacamole

<br>step 1: Cook Gorton's Fish Sticks according to directions.
<br>step 2: While the sticks are cooking, heat oil in a skillet, add garlic, onions and peppers. Stir and cook 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Stir in seasoning mix.
<br>step 3: Place 1 or 2 Fish Sticks in middle of tortilla, top with vegetable mixture, cheese, and salsa, sour cream and guacamole if desired.
