Four-Cheese Primavera Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound lean ground beef
<br>- 2 1/2 cups hot water
<br>- 1 cup milk
<br>- 1 (8.5 ounce) package Hamburger HelperĀ® three cheese
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
<br>- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
<br>- 1 cup frozen green peas
<br>- 1/2 cup sour cream
<br>- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
<br>step 2: Stir in hot water, milk, uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and Italian seasoning.  Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
<br>step 3: Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Stir in peas.  Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until pasta is tender.  Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with cheese.
