French Herb Wine Butter Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup LAND O LAKESĀ® Butter, softened*
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine or sherry
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley*
- 3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves**
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
Directions
step 1: Beat butter in small bowl at medium speed until creamy (1 to 2 minutes). Reduce speed to low. Add all remaining ingredients; continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
step 2: Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to enhance flavors.
