French Herb Wine Butter Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup LAND O LAKESĀ® Butter, softened*
<br>- 2 tablespoons dry white wine or sherry
<br>- 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
<br>- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley*
<br>- 3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves**
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

<br>step 1: Beat butter in small bowl at medium speed until creamy (1 to 2 minutes).  Reduce speed to low.  Add all remaining ingredients; continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
<br>step 2: Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to enhance flavors.
