Fresh Rosemary Bread Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
<br>- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
<br>- 1 1/4 cups bread flour
<br>- 3/4 cup oat bran
<br>- 1 teaspoon salt
<br>- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
<br>- 2 tablespoons honey
<br>- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
<br>- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
<br>- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
<br>- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
<br>- 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten
<br>- 1 1/8 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

<br>step 1: Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.  Select Oat/French or White Bread cycle and the Light setting for the crust. Start.
